Which Ausom store is yours?
Ausom runs two separate shops with separate prices, stock and policies. The code name is identical, but you cannot pick the store that looks cheaper: each one only delivers to its own region.
ausomstore.com: $30 off
Ships to the continental United States and to Canadian provinces. Not available for Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, other US islands, military addresses, Nunavut or Prince Edward Island. Some models only ship to certain regions, and checkout shows what is possible for your address.
ausomstore.eu: €30 off
Ships from warehouses inside the EU to every EU country except Cyprus and Malta. Some remote islands are excluded too, and remote areas can carry a surcharge. Prices are in euros.
How to apply ROWER
- Open ausomstore.com if you live in the US or Canada, or ausomstore.eu if you live in the EU, and add a scooter to the cart.
- Go to checkout. On a phone, tap the order summary to expand it.
- Type ROWER into the discount or coupon code field and press Apply.
- Check that a line showing -$30 or -€30 appears before you pay.
Sales tax on US orders is added at checkout, so the final US total will sit above the numbers below.

€30 is 6.0% of a €499 scooter and 2.3% of the F1 Max. The L1 ABE (€549, the model with German road approval) and several other EU models, including the Gosoul 2 and L2 range, are currently out of stock. Prices and terms change, so treat these as a snapshot from October 10, 2026.
Shipping and returns by region
United States and Canada
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days, then standard shipping takes 3–7 business days. Any order that contains an e-scooter ships free; parts and accessories ship free over $49.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery, in the original packaging with all accessories and manuals. Ausom approves the request first (it replies within 3 workdays), and you then have 7 days to send the scooter back with tracking. There is no handling fee; you pay return shipping for a change of mind, Ausom pays it for defective or damaged items. The refund follows within 14 days after the return arrives. Used scooters are generally not accepted back unless broken or faulty, and only ausomstore.com purchases qualify. Warranty terms are on Ausom's warranty page.
European Union
Most EU countries get delivery in 3–5 business days after 1–2 days of processing; Ireland takes 3–7 business days. Shipping is free above €39.99, which covers every scooter (smaller orders cost €15.99). For returns and warranty, read the Return & Refund page on ausomstore.eu. As an EU consumer you also have the general 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase.
If ROWER does not work
"Code not valid"
Retype it in capitals without spaces, and check the cart contains an eligible scooter rather than only accessories.
Another code is already applied
Typically one code per order is accepted. Remove the other code, then apply ROWER and compare totals.
Wrong currency or store
The dollar amount only appears on ausomstore.com and the euro amount only on ausomstore.eu. If the discount looks off, check which site you are on.

FAQ
Is ROWER worth $30 or €30?
It depends on the store. On ausomstore.com the code takes $30 off; on ausomstore.eu the same code takes €30 off. The code name does not change.
Can I use the US store from Europe, or the EU store from the US?
Not practically. The US store ships to the continental US and most Canadian provinces, and the EU store ships to EU countries from local warehouses. Order from the store that delivers to your address.
Does ROWER work on sale prices?
Ausom does not state whether the code stacks with sale prices. Add the scooter, enter ROWER and look at the cart total. Usually only one code is accepted per order.
Does the code expire?
No expiry date has been published. Because exclusions may apply and terms can change, confirm the -$30 or -€30 line at checkout before paying.
Does the code cover accessories or parts?
ROWER is meant for eligible Ausom electric scooters. Exclusions may apply, so a cart with only parts or accessories may not qualify.
Who benefits when I use ROWER?
ROWER is a creator code. Its owner may earn a commission on your order, at no extra cost to you.
